"Your power lies within yourself; your mind can be your best friend
and your worst enemy. Your choices will tell which. Choose mindfully."
Twenty years ago, I made a decision that would change the entire course of my life.
I decided that I would commit myself to finding the best and truest version of myself.
I was surrounded by pain. I've learned in the most empiric way the power of my mind applied to my choices.
I then became a master in psychology, studied meditation, yoga, spirituality and neuroscience, as well as practise in my travels. My passion to what makes us human as well as storytelling led me to train as an actress in Australia, and I’m excited to share all my varied skills with young people.
