1 hour sessions over six weeks.

We offer a tailored programme designed to support young people in schools of all ages. They benefit from their own 'Journey Journal' and  access to our monthly 'Share Sessions' based at our Brixton workspace.

Our programme cover a range of lessons looking at:

  • My Childhood

  • My Self discovery

  • My Inner Critic

  • Self Love

  • Anger vs Fear

  • My Dreams

This has been a hugely successful programme in over 17 schools in London, to bring emotional awareness and has been described as a 'game changer to support young people to succeed in their progression.'

At the end of the workshop journey, we aim to capture aspirations, dreams and self-belief through an uplifting experience.

We provide young people with emotional intelligence skills, personal motivational tool kits, along with self- awareness tactics, plus additional self- confidence exercises to map their personal career pathways. Enabling young people to confidently take the next steps to making their dream a reality.




1 hour sessions, or 12 half-hour sessions.

Primary and Secondary School ages.  

Mindfulness practice itself involves activities such as attention-training and meta-cognitive tasks that help children focus on the present moment and work skillfully with their thoughts and emotions.

They will learn: 

  • The neuroscience of mindfulness and how the brain works.

  • How to ground themselves when their mind or body is overly busy or out of balance

  • How to respond rather than react to difficult situations

  • How their thinking processes impact on them emotionally and physically

  • How mindfulness can support them in daily activities and relationships.​

  • Mitigate the effects of bullying 

  • Enhance focus and brain activity  in children 

  • Reduce attention problems   

  • Improve mental health and well-being, such as anxiety, stress and self esteem.
